Well, I think most people would not have a problem associating slightly remote text with the image they are hovering over.... after all, they did put their mouse cursor over the image they were interested in.

I agree with the idea being good, but it's too large and invasive right now. One idea I had was to make a small highlighted box just around the selected image (just like it is now, but smaller) and let it run all the way dow [...]

The domain works, but cookies are broken. Read comments aren't remembered. My name/pass is there though, it's as if it is stuck in an old saved state.
